3. White Sesame (Biji Wijen Putih)
4. Black Sesame (Biji Wijen Hitam)
5. Almond Slice (Kacang Almond Iris)
6. Florentine Flour (Tepung Florentin)
👩🏽🌾How to make👩🏽🌾
1. Spread all the nuts onto the baking sheet, making sure none are crushed.
(Tebarkan semua kacang ke loyang, pastikan tidak ada yang tertindih)
2. Then bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, with the heat at 120° degrees.
(Kemudian panggang dengan oven selama 10-15 menit, dengan api panas bawah 120° derajat)
3. After baking, set aside and let it cool.
(Setelah selesai dipanggang, sisihkan tunggu sampai dingin)
4. Pour a sufficient amount of Florentine flour into a bowl, then add the roasted nuts.
(Tuang tepung florentine secukupnya ke dalam wadah, lalu masukkan kacang-kacangan yang telah dipanggang)
5. Mix the nuts and Florentine flour until well combined.
(Aduk campur rata kacang-kacangan dengan tepung florentine)
6. Prepare Florentine molds (you can use cookie molds) and fill each mold with about 2 tablespoons. The more you add, the thicker the cookies will be, so try not to add too much to achieve a crispier result.
(Siapkan cetakan florentine (bisa gunakan cetakan kue) masukan setiap cetakan sekitar 2 sendok makan. Semakin banyak maka hasil cookies akan semakin tebal jadi usahakan tidak terlalu banyak agar hasil lebih crispy)
7. Bake until golden brown for about 15-20 minutes (depending on the temperature used)
(lalu panggang, hingga matang kecoklatan selama kurang lebih 15-20 menit (tergantung suhu yang digunakan)
8. Remove from the oven, let it cool, and wrap in plastic.
(Angkat lalu diamkan hingga dingin dan bungkus dalam plastik.
9. Serve the cookies.
